卧式混合搅拌机内部悬臂上的两根非对称螺旋在绕自身轴线上自转的同时，由悬臂驱动，绕筒体中心轴旋转形成公转。混合机可采用碳钢、锰钢、304不锈钢、316L不锈钢钢、321不锈钢以及其它材质的钢材，并且不同材质也可以结合使用；设备选材时区分：与物料接触以及非与物料接触；不锈钢表面处理分喷砂、拉丝、抛光、镜面等处理方式，并可分别应用于不同的使用部位。适用于涂料，农药，饲料，染料化工，等行业的粉体及粉体添加剂的混合，粉尘密封性好。混合速度快，生产效率高，操作简单。
